Step 2 – Choose References
Your next step is to choose references to support your application. You will need someone from the following categories to submit the attached reference forms before your application can be fully processed.
For DTS: Pastor/Spiritual Leader, Employer/Teacher, and Christian Friend
For Second Level Schools & Seminars: YWAM Leader/Pastor and Christian Friend
For Outreach (Mission Adventures, Rescue Ops, Badger Up): Pastor/Spiritual Leader, and Parent/Legal Guardian (if under 18) OR Christian Friend
For Staff: YWAM Leader
For Volunteers: Pastor/Spiritual Leader or Christian Friend
Once you have chosen, either copy this link www.ywammadison.org/apply/reference/ and send it to your references to complete online. You can also download the Reference form or have your reference fill out the pages that are provided with the downloaded application.
Printed forms can be filled in by your reference and sent to us, either by mail, fax, or email (as an attachment).
Step 3 – Pay Application Fee
We have a small $35 Application Fee to cover the costs to process your application. (For Volunteer/Staff Apps no fee is needed)
